多頭組合秤的工作原理

多頭秤，或所謂的電腦組合秤，通常利用不同的稱重斗來測量產品的精確重量。當產品送入多頭組合秤頂部後，秤內部的分散系統開始運作,該系統將分發產品。在線性進料板的幫助下，不同的線性進料器將產品輸送到進料斗。例如，如果您使用 14 頭多頭秤，那麼通常會有 14 個線性供料器，將產品輸送到 14 個供料斗。當產品被轉移到料斗後，稱重感測器將開始計算稱重料斗中產品的重量，多頭秤機中的處理器將計算所需可用重量的最佳組合，從而達到期望的目標體重。
